The Cantine dell’Angelo company extends over 5 hectares, processing only Greco grapes planted in 2 plots.
A vineyard located right above a part of the ancient sulfur mines in which up to 900 people worked in the
19th century. The area of the family vineyards is called Campanaro, the one that gave its name to the famous
white wine of Feudi.
Soils rich in minerals and sulphurous emanations give its wines particular organoleptic characteristics.
The Angelo company has chosen to work with a low environmental impact, in full respect of nature and the
healthiness of the soil: weeding is not practiced. All activities in the vineyard are performed manually.
The grapes undergo soft pressing and fermentation on indigenous yeasts at low temperature, so as to preserve
the integrity of the aromas. Without clarification, it is left to mature naturally in steel containers.
