“Two roads diverged in the yellow wood and being one traveler I had to decide between the road to retirement and the really great bourbon road. And like poet Robert Frost I took the one less traveled by and that has made all the difference. In 2012, I built a distillery in Kentucky to craft bourbon with a difference by incorporating all the qualities I could imagine. I used locally grown corn, wheat, and rye to capture the terrior of Kentucky and a copper pot still to give a powerful aroma with lots of bourbon flavor. I barreled the product at 110 proof for better wood and flavor extraction. And now I am ready to share that difference with my friends.
