Sourced from Californias Central Coast, this wine offers the best of Monterey and Santa Barbara County. Citrus and minerality uphold the verve of the wine, while caramel and toasted nuts bring round texture and enjoyable structure. This wine shows a distinct minerality on the nose. Once you taste it you will get loads of traditional chardonnay flavors like apple, lemon, tropical fruits and a pinch of buttery oak. Its such a fun wine to drink because it covers all of the bases of texture and acidity. Enjoy with white fish, salmon or even heavier oily pork dishes.
In 2017 Joey also launched Fundamental Wines by Joey Tensley. The name was chosen because he felt it perfectly reflected the brands philosophy make fundamentally sound, straightforward wines that over-deliver for the price on every level.
