One can smell the scent of rich toffee, sugar-coated almonds and sweet, fresh tropical fruits alongside toffee apples and whispers of smoke while tasting the luxurious melted dark chocolate, balanced by a hint of citrus and touch of oak spiciness brought by this single malt.
This whiskey has received numerous recognitions such as the 2022 International Wine and Spirit Competition – Gold, 2022 International Spirits Challenge – Silver, and the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition – Silver.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark golden
Nose: Brimming with sweet toffee, sugared almonds and chunky tropical fruit. Hints of caramelized sugar and candied apples give way to very slight honey notes.
Taste: Creamy dark chocolate, toffee, a gently oak spiciness and a touch of citrus give way to a long, slightly smoky finish with an enticing bittersweet edge.
