Join us on March 5, 2023 from 11am2pm at The Bruery in Placentia for a Hoarders-exclusive blending event to create our 2023 Hoarders Cuve. Well start with a guided tasting of a few of the barrel selections, where our Bruers will walk you through tasting notes, blending ideas, and basic how-tos on creating your blend. Then, youll break into teams to build your perfect blend using any combination from a selection of the 11 barrelswevechosen especially for this project. Our Bruers will taste each teams blend and choose a winner to be recreated for our May 2023 release of Hoarders Cuve in 375mL bottles.
Your $20 ticket includes abarrel tasting, welcome beer, all materials needed for measuring & creating your blend, and an opportunity to learn from our Bruers in one of our barrel cellars.
