Tequila El Mexicano, through the experience of our Master Tequilero, Ing. Len Bauelos Ramrez, shares with you a tasting where we will use our senses.
Appearance:Clear, limpid color with a bright silver edge.
Aroma:On the first nose, there is a perception of cooked agave with citrus, baking spices (clove, pepper, ginger, cardamom), like yellow lemon with hints of mint and brine.
Taste: Cooked agave with a medium-high attack, the purity of an old-fashioned Tequila where agave predominates, making it ideal for sipping on its own or for cocktails.
Body:Unctuous medium-high body for a white tequila.
Pairing Recommendation
Recommendation: In cocktails, a paloma or margarita are classics that our 45 blanco will give that touch of quality.
Perfect to pair with chocolates with medium percentages of cocoa (between 50 and 60%). The cocoa paste and sugar help to balance the natural acidity of these spirits, reduce their astringency, and enhance, at the same time, their more primary fruity tones.
