Our tequila is 100% USDA certified organic. We start with the highest quality agave, and tend to it by hand, so that we don’t need to use any additives or chemicals in our process.
Our tequila is crafted at Tequila Las Americas, NOM 1480. Owned and operated by the Montes familythird-generation agave farmers turned distillers.
Single Estate, Farm to Bottle
Our agave plants are grown on a single estate near the distillery itself, thriving on the mineral-rich, dark volcanic soil of the Lowlands.
Organic Farming By Hand
Each plant is tended by hand until fully matureno pesticides or chemicals, and USDA certified organic.
True Flavor with Traditional Baking
Our pias are baked low and slow in a traditional stone oven.

Natural, open-top fermentation with wild yeasts enhances the natural aromas and creates a more full-bodied tequila.
Naturally Rested Before Bottling
After fermenting, the tequila is twice distilled in pot stills then rested for two months, allowing it to aerate naturally for a smoother, softer profile before aging.
