This truly rare, small batch wine entices with aromas of blackberry bramble, black licorice, dried orange peel, aromatic tea leaf, and cardamom. A succulent and fruity wine, this SIMI blend bestows blackberry, plum, and tart cherry flavors. Aging in rye whiskey barrels imparts rich and spiced flavors to this sinfully delicious dark red wine, almost as if a splash of Manhattan was spilled into a glass of wine. Sourced from the esteemed vineyards of Sonoma Valley, where cool nights and foggy mornings ensure that red varietals are harvested with dense and concentrated flavors, this California wine is a great complement to a wine and cheese party.
