Every bottle of Cascahun Reposado begins with mature agave slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens. The agave is then crushed using a roller mill and naturally fermented with deep-well water in stainless steel tanks. Double-distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, the result is a clean, vibrant spirit that highlights the soul of the agave.
Cascahun Reposado is rested for 6 to 8 months in well-seasoned American oak barrels that have been used for over two decades in tequila aging. This process imparts a light golden hue and a beautifully layered profile.
Nose: Cooked agave, vanilla, light oak, citrus zest, and caramel with subtle earthy undertones
Palate: Sweet agave, creamy vanilla, toasted oak, buttery caramel, pepper spice, and a hint of lemon
