These barrels are lightly toasted, to preserve this wine’s distinctively bright freshness. Opening with graceful floral and gooseberry aromas that expand into notes of lemon tart, kiwi and yuzu citrus, this wine’s well-balanced structure supports a lengthy, plush finish.
Located high on the steep slopes of Mount Veeder, Brandlin Estate produces exceptional mountain grown wines. The estate includes 49 acres of Napa Green Certified vineyard, located 900 to 1,250 feet above the fog line. Because of Mount Veeder’s mountainous terroir and location, the long growing season results in concentrated, perfectly ripened fruit. These intense grapes allow to produce wines that express this rare and singular mountain site.
