Baskoli Txakoli Ros wine is clean and bright. It has a pale yellow color with greenish glints against the redcurrant-pink color with rich aromas of red and black fruits, such as strawberries, blackberries and black currants, over a citrus background and fine vegetal notes. Very fresh in the mouth with a balanced acidity offering a pleasing palate and a long, aromatic finish. Enjoy with appetizers, hors doeuvres, mild and semi-cured cheeses, shellfish, fish, rice, pasta, cold meats, chicken, or pork.

Baskoli is a Txakoli wine that combines classicism and modernity. It is made from the Hondarrabi Beltza and Zuri grapes, grown in the winerys own vineyards in Hondarribia and fermented at its state-of-the-art facility. Produced in at an exceptional winery equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Our passion and love of the world of wine was what inspired us to create our own txakoli wineries in one of the mostbeautiful locations in the Basque Country: Hondarribia. What was once a shared dream is now a reality. A tradition lost in the 17th century which has been recovered thanks to the HIRUZTA project.
