This starts with 100% raw Abruzzi rye aged for 18 months, then aged it for an additional 6 months in tawny port barrels. Complex with notes of florals, dried fruit, antique wood & a long finish. We seek the finest ingredients available and develop our recipes using a creative, culinary approach. All our products are batch distilled in a hand-hammered, copper still to create the finest Southern spirits available.
