The blend of Espadn and Tobal brings a balance of earthiness and sweetness, with the Tobal contributing rich, wild agave characteristics. Produced using traditional methods, this artisanal mezcal reflects the unique terroir and craftsmanship of Oaxacan mezcaleros.
NOSE:
The aroma is vibrant and fresh, with herbaceous notes of cooked agave, citrus zest, and green pepper. There are underlying hints of smoke, earth, and subtle floral notes that speak to the wild Tobal influence.
