Eau Claire is a handcrafted, small batch producer of an array of spirits, but our true raison detre is to produce world class whisky. Alberta is known as one of the best producers of barley and rye in the world, so it is only natural that we turn that agricultural gold into fine whiskies. If we ship our grain to Scotland to make scotch, why dont we make it here at home? For the first time, now we do.
Eau Claire Distillery is Albertas first craft distillery and, more importantly, its first Single Malt Whisky Distillery.
Using our uniquely sourced grain, combined with our horse farming operation, Eau Claire is producing premium whiskies and aging them traditionally
in oak barrels.
One and two ounce drams of the Batch 001, 002 and 003 are available for purchase starting at $14/oz at the distillery in Turner Valley.
For that reason, you will not see shortcuts for our Single Malt whiskies we age it a minimum of 3 years and will not sell it before our Master Distiller team is satisfied that it meets our exacting standards. We have a team of Master Distillers all with extensive qualifications focused creating our premium tasting whisky. We invite you to visit the distillery and tour our distillery and dunnage warehouse, where you can see the care and attention we are putting into our world class whisky production.

Express Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days (next-day delivery for some locations).
International Shipping: Available to selected countries. Delivery time and shipping fees will vary based on destination.

Delivery Times

Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 3 business days.
International Orders: Delivery times may range from 7 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance times.
