Dalmore 12needs no introduction with its superior quality and meticulous manufacturing process conducted with utmost care and precision.
This premium spirit has earned fame by winning a gold in Scotch single malt category (Highland) at the Hong Kong International Wine and Spirit Competition. It also bagged a platinum in distilled single malt (11 years and older) category at the Spirits International prestige awards (2016). On top of that, San francisco World Spirits Competition awarded it with a double gold in the distilled single malt (13-19 yr) category in 2017.
This single malt undergoes the long ageing process of nine years in the classic American white-oak ex-bourbon barrels. Succeeding which, it is then split into two portions and one half of it is aged separately in oloroso sherry casks while the rest of it remains in the white oak casks to mature.
