It’s less fruit forward than most of the other Psagot wines but has a massive tannic structure that lasts on the finish. This wine can be drunk now, after an hour of decanting, or can be put away in the cellar until 2024. The wine will pair well with a good roast or something lighter like grilled chicken. Aromas of blackberry, strawberry and chocolate open for flavors of blackberry, Red Delicious apple peel, aniseed and vanilla. This wine is harmonious on the palate with understated tannins and breakthrough notes of summer peach on the finish.
